Crepes

Ingredients:
1 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 T oil
2 T white sugar
2 eggs
1/8 t salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together with a fast whisk (mixer) or a blender. Mix until clumps are gone. 
Heat medium pan to medium heat. Grease. Pour 1/3 c batter into pan, lifting pan and rotating around to spread the batter all across the bottom of the pan. Flip once golden. Serve with berries, whip cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, lemon juice, etc.
