Ingredients:
2 c water
1 T yeast
2 c flour
2 eggs, separated into yolks and whites
¼ c dry milk
½ t baking soda
½ t baking powder
½ t salt
1 T sugar
½ c oil
Directions:
Make a sponge the night before by combining water, yeast and flour in a large bowl.

In the morning, add egg yolks into sponge. Beat egg whites until
stiff and set aside. Add dry milk, soda, powder, salt and sugar into sponge.
Mix thoroughly and fold in whites. Cook in waffle iron.
