Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients:
-4 chicken breasts
-1/4 c -1/2 c  melted butter (in a shallow, wide bowl)
- 3-6 c crushed corn flakes ( on a plate)


Directions:
Preheat oven to 375'. Line a cooking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Pound each chicken breast of few times to flatten it (not too thin). Dip in melted butter. Coat with crushed corn flakes. Place on cooking sheet. 
Bake until coating is crisp or until 170 degrees on a meat thermometer. About 30 minutes.
