Ingredients:

rotini pasta
3/4 pound pepperoni mini slices
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black
olives
½ c chopped baby spinach, NO
FROZEN
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Italian-style salad dressing, to
taste
**may also include 1/4 diced cucumber if desired**
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
