Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
1/2 -1 c frozen peas
1 can carrots
1 can diced potatoes
1 t dried onion
1 c shredded chicken/cubed chicken OR 1 can chicken
3 c water
4 boullion cubes
3 T cornstach+ 1 T water

Directions:
Combine all veggies, chicken, water and boullion in a medium pot. Cook until boiling. Add cornstarch mixture. Whisk it in so it doesn’t clump. Remove from heat.
Grease round pie pan. Place bottom pie crust in the pan and press into sides to make the form. stretch the top edges over the edges of the pan.
Pour filling mixture into pie crust. Top with 2nd pie crust, pinching edges together to close.
Bake at 350’ until golden brown on top, 20-30 minutes.
