Broccoli Chicken Pocket

Ingredients:
1 c steamed broccoli
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded chicken
1 can Pillsbury pastry dough (sheet)
1 egg yolk
Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Roll out the pastry dough onto a cookie sheet. Gently stretch it out to 1" away from the edges of the pan. 
Mix together all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour onto lower half of the dough. Gently pull over the top portion of the dough to make a pocket. Pinch all sides together.
Brush with beaten egg yolk. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
Bake at 350' for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
