Ingredients:
2 lb pork tenderloin
1 c salsa
1 c brown sugar
Directions:
Place the pork in a crockpot. Add salsa and brown sugar. Cover and cook 4-5 hours on high, coming back every once in a while to mix slightly. When about an hour remains, shred pork with forks. Resume cooking time.
