- 1 onion, diced finely
- 1 c chopped broccoli
-3 c water+4 chkn bouillon cubes
or 2 cans of chicken broth
- 3 cans cream of potato
- 1/3 c whipping cream
- 1-2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Saute onion in 1 T butter. Add broth (or water & bouillion) and broccoli and cream of potato. Allow broccoli to cook. When it softened enough to eat, add cream and cheese. Take off heat and serve.
*** May add candlestick carrots if desired when sauteing the onion.
