Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Ingredients:
1 c+3 T butter cubed
3/4 c baking cocoa
4 eggs
2 c white sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t vanilla

Frosting Ingredients:
6 butter, softened
2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 c baking cocoa
1 t vanilla
1/4-1/2 c milk

Directions:
In a saucepan, metly butter. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa;cool. In a large bowl beat eggs and white sugar until blended. Combine flour, powder ad salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and the cooled chocolate mixture. 
Spread into a baking pan. Bake at 350' for 25-28 minutes until light and fluffy or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the frosting, cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in cocoa and vanilla. Add milk slowly while stirring until it reaches your desired consistency. Spread over half cooled brownies. Cut into bars and serve with ice cream.
