Creamy Shrimp

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (bowtie or penne)
2 T olive oil
1 lb precooked frozen shrimp
3 minced garlic cloves (1 1/2 tsp pre-minced garlic)

3-4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
4 minced garlic cloves (2 tsp pre-minced garlic) 
1 c half and half
1 c shredded mozerella cheese
1 T dried basil
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes ( add 1/8 tsp more if desired)
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt 

Directions:
Cook pasta. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a skillet on medium/high heat. Add 3 garlic cloves. Adding a few shrimp at a time, saute until slightly golden. Remove and cool on paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Keep cooking the rest of the shrimp in this manner. Keep the remaining oil in the skillet.
Add tomatoes and remaining garlic into skillet. Saute until hot. Add half and half and bring to a boil. Add cheese and stir while boiling. Immediately reduce to simmer and cook, constantly stirring until all cheese is melted and creamy sauce forms. Add basil, red pepper flakes, & paprika. Stir. Add 1/4 tsp salt gradually stirring on low and tasting. 
Add pasta a reheat gently. Add shrimp. Add more salt and red pepper flakes if desired.
