Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c milk
1/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla
1 Devil's food cake mix
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375'. Line muffin tines with paper liners.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Mix in oil, water, milk and vanilla. Stir in sour cream, cake mix, pudding mix and cinnamon. Mix well. Stir the chocolate chips. 
Fill mufin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top of each one. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
