Ingredients:
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c shortening
3/4 c milk
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. SLOWLY mix in the milk (mixing with a baking spoon) until dough is moist. Be careful not to overwork the dough!
Turn onto floured surface, roll out gently and cut into circles.
Bake at 350' for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.
