Ingredients:
Pre-made pie crust (top and bottom)
1 1/2 c white sugar
1 T butter
3 c cut rhubarb
3 T flour
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
dash of salt
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar and flour. Mix with a spoon. Pour over rhubarb in a pie crust. Cover with the top crust. Sprinkle with white sugar. Bake at 450' for 10 minutes then turn down over to 350' and bake an additional 55 minutes.
