Ingredients:
9 c Rice Chex cereal
1/2 c peanut butter
1 s semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T oil
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
Directions:
In a small saucepan add oil and chocolate chips together. Coat chocolate chips with oil. Melt on LOW until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir. Pour Chex into a large ziplock bag. Pour chocolate mixture and shake. Add powdered sugar and shake again until all is coated in powdered sugar. Freeze.
