
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen CUBED potatoes
18 eggs
1 lb bacon
1 sausage roll
8 oz Mexican Velveeta
1/2 c butter
Directions:
Pull potatoes out of freezer 1 hour before ready to make. Cook bacon & sausage. Crumble bacon and put the meats off to the side.
Melt butter in a large pan. Add thawed potatoes. Mix and add meats. Stir. Add eggs. Stir until all cooked. Cube Velveeta, add it in and mix until melted through.
