Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:
2 c brown sugar
2 cans sliced pinepple
1 1/2 c white sugar
2 t vanilla
3 3/4 c flour
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c butter
1 c shortening
3 eggs
1T baking powder
1 1/2 t salt

Directions:
Melt butter and pour on bottom of casserole dish. Layer brown sugar and pineapple on top. In a separate bowl, combine shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Cream. Add powder, flour and salt. Mix and add pineapple juice. Pour over pineapple in casserole dish. Bake at 350' for 40-45 minutes.
