Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
2  c cooked rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c frozen peas
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped onion (green us best)
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Pastry squares to place on top OR french fried onions

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a sprayed casserole dish until well blended. Cover with foil and bake at 375' until it starts to boil OR cheese is well melted and starting to golden on top. Add pastry scattered on top and cook uncovered until they start to golden.

Serves 8, 286 per serving
