Ingredients:
2 1/2 c lukewarm water
1 T yeast
1/3 c oil
1/3 c honey
1 T salt
6-7 c flour

In a large bowl. pour in the water. Add yeast and a sprinkle of white sugar. Allow the top to puff 5- 10 minutes. 
Add oil and honey. Add 1 c of flour and salt and stir. Add the rest of the flour slowly (use a bread hook if using a kitchen aid). You want SOME stickiness. Knead for 8 minutes. Spray bowl and place dough inside. Cover and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size. 


*****If your kitchen is too cold or you need it faster, preheat your oven to 200'. Boil 2 cups of water. Pour in a shallow cooking dish and place in the bottom rack of your oven. Turn OFF your oven and put your dough inside. Dough should rise within an hour.

Punch down. Form into balls or loaves. Spray pans, put in dough and spray the top. Allow to rise 1 more hour.

 Bake at 350' for 20-30 minutes until golden.
