Ingredients:
1 c uncooked rice
2 c water
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery
1 pkg Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
3/4 c water
Directions:
Cook 1 c rice in 2 cups of water. Brown sausage with onion and celery while rice is cooking. Add rice, soup mix and 3/4 c water. Mix well. Turn temperature to low and cover until small noodles are soft and liquid is absorbed.
