Ingredients:
1 c mayonnaise
1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts
1/2 c chopped red bell pepper
1 c Parmesan cheese
9 oz thawed/drained spinach
1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 350'. Mix mayo and parmesan. Stir in artichokes, spinach and pepper. Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, bread or crackers.
