Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:
1 box of stuffing (prepared)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can corn OR frozen vegetable medley (peas, carrots, corn)
3/4 c french fried onions

Directions:
Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Set aside. In a sprayed casserole dish, add all other ingredients with the stuffing. Mix well. Cover with foil and bake at 400' until it starts to bubble on top. Add onions. Spread evenly over the top and bake uncovered until onions are crispy. 

Serves 8, 233 calories per serving
