Ingredients:
1 c pineapple juice
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T vinegar
1/4 c ketchup
3 T water+1 T cornstarch
Directions:
Mix juice, vinegar, sugar & ketchup in a small pot. Heat up until it starts to boil. Slowly mix in the water mixture. Boil 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir with a whisk until thickened.
