Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
3 T flour
2 c shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c oil or shortening
1 1/2 c white granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 c chocolate chips
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla & zucchini together. Mix well. Add other ingredients.
Preheat oven to 325'. Pour batter until each slot is 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
