Ingredients:
1 c whipping cream
1/2 c milk
5 cloves garlic
1/8 c butter
1/2-3/4 c Parmesan Cheese (opt)
1 T flour with 3 T water, mixed
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Add in milk and whipping cream. Turn up the heat. Add cheese if desired. Slowly whisk in flour mixture and stir consistently until it begins to thicken. Turn down to low and simmer until ready to serve.
