Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients:

1/2 c cornmeal

1 1/2 c flour

2/3 c white sugar

1 T baking powder

1/2 t salt

1/3 c oil

3 T melted butter

1 T honey

2 eggs, beaten

1 1/4 c milk

Directions:

Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, powder, and salt. Add the rest while still stirring. Pour into a greased round cake pan. Bake at 350' for 40 minutes or until clean when a fork is placed in the middle.
