Ingredients:
-4 salmon fillets
- 4 T flour
-2 T olive oil
- 4 T honey
-salt and pepper to taste
*Sauce*
- 6 T butter
- 1 T honey
-2 cloves garlic
- juice of 1 lime
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400'. Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook, whisking constgantly until the foam subsides and butter begins to turn a golden brown; about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, honey and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Dredge each salmon with 1 T flour and drizzle with 1 T honey. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add salmon to skillet and sear both sides until golden brown (1-2 minutes per side). Place in oven and bake until completely cooked through; 8-10 minutes. Cover with sauce and serve.
