Ingredients:
½ c chopped onion
½ c celery,
chopped
2 chicken bouillon
cubes
1 can diced
carrots
1 can corn
¼ t white pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 ½ c water
1 can cream of
potato soup
1 can diced
potatoes
1 t poultry
seasoning
1 c half n’ half
OR whipping cream
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic
and celery in a bit of butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until
ready to serve. Top with bacon bits, cheese or crackers.
