Ingredients:
8 c
water+ 9 bouillon cubes
1/4 t
poultry seasoning
1-2
c frozen peas
2 t
minced garlic
2 c
shredded chicken
1 c
shredded carrots
1-2
T butter
2 T
chopped onion
2 c cooked
egg noodles OR homemade noodles
Directions:
Let
water, bouillon and poultry seasoning come to a boil. While it’s heating up
saute garlic, carrots and onion until slightly soft, NOT BROWN. Set aside.
When water is boiling, add noodles and frozen peas. Cook until noodles are to
the desired consistency. Add sauteed items. Add chicken and cook until
everything is heated through. Careful not to overcook noodles!
