Crispy Onion Chicken

Ingredients:
4 thawed chicken breasts, flattened with meat hammer to desired thickness
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 1/2 T mustard
1 1/2 T honey
1 1/2 c French's fried onions, crushed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375'. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and grease for easy clean up. 
Mix mayo mustard and honey together in a separate bowl. Place crushed onions in another separate bowl.
Coat each breast with honey mustard mix then coat in onions. Lay each breast on the foil. Sprinkle the tops with left-over onions. Bake 20-30 minutes or until 170' with a meat thermometer.
