Ingredients:

slices of deli ham OR sausage patti

slice cheddar cheese
1
english muffin
butter
Directions:
Begin cooking the egg in one side of the pan and lightly fry the ham on the other side.

When
the egg is about ready to be turned over, put english muffin in toaster. When
the muffin is toasted butter both sides. Place cheese inside while it is still
hot to begin melting. Add ham and egg to inside when ready.
