Ingredients:

1 CUP MILK
1 1/2 CUP CHEDDAR
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC GOLD NUGGETS OR 2 TEASPOONS GARLIC POWDER
RED PEPPER FLAKES, TO TASTE (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
Melt butter in a small pot. Whisk in flour. Add milk and whisk to maintain smooth texture. Add garlic and cheese when you are ready to serve.

Keep warm in a fondue pot if possible. it As it cools it will take on thicker texture.
Serve with soft pretzels, veggies, tortilla chips, etc.
