Ingredients:
1 ½ c elbow macaroni
1 ½ c elbow macaroni
3 T
butter
2 T
flour
2 c
milk
¼ c
chopped onion
8 oz
cheddar cheese
dash
of salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook
macaroni in boiling salt water. In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour,
salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Add onions and cheese.
Melt. Mix cheese and macaroni in casserole dish. Bake covered at 350’ for 35-40
minutes. May add italian seasoned breakcrumbs on top OR crushed corn flakes.
