Homemade Noodles

Ingredients:               
3 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 t salt
3 c flour

Directions:
Mix all together eggs, salt and flour.  Slowly add milk until the dough rolls into a ball. Make sure it's not too sticky! Just enough to pick up all of the loose bits on the bottom. 
Let sit for 10 minutes in a ball. Roll out onto a floured surface, making the dough thin but not fragile thin. You need them to keep their form. Boil in water as you would other noodles, testing to see when they are done.
