Ingredients:
1 lb browned ground beef

2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
2 T dried parsley
1 egg
1 t salt
1 t Italian Seasoning
½ t basil
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
and drained
1 ¾ c Ricotta cheese
1 jar Prego sauce
Directions:
Mix 1 c mozzarella, the Ricotta, ½ c Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, Italian Seasoning and basil together in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Grease a casserole dish. Add
thin layer of sauce. Layer 3 noodles on that sauce layer, 1/3 of ricotta
mixture and meat. Repeat process twice. On last layer add remaining noodles,
sauce, mozzarella, and ¼ c Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350’ for 45
minutes. Remove the foil. Let cool 10 minutes and serve.
