Ingredients:
1 ½ can peaches

1 ½ c brown sugar
8 eggs
1 T vanilla
½ c butter
2 T water
1 ½ c milk
1 loaf French bread
Cinnamon sugar
Sugar crystals
Directions:
Drain and blot peaches dry with a paper towel. Let dry as much as possible!

In a saucepan combine butter and brown sugar
until butter is melted. Add water. Bring to a soft boil for 4-5 minutes until
it is in the soft-ball stage. Set aside to cool.
Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla. Cube French
Bread. Put peaches in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon
sugar. Pour caramel on top of peaches. Add bread and pour egg mixture over the
top. Gently push the bread down so that it soaks in the moisture. Sprinkle with
sugar crystals. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350’ for 45-60 minutes.
