Apple/Peach Crisp

Ingredients:
½ c quick oats
¼ c flour
½ c packed brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
¼ c butter
2 ½ c peaches or apples
dash of salt

Directions:
Mix oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside.
Place fruit in bottom of greased casserole dish. Sprinkle flour mixture over fruit. Bake at 350’ for 40 minutes.
Serve with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
