
Ingredients:
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Breading:
½ c
breadcrumbs
½ t
black pepper
½ t
garlic powder
1 t
salt
½ t
onion powder
½ c
flour
¼ t
dried basil
frying
oil
Sauce:
½ c
mayonnaise
4-5
t chili garlic sauce
1 t
rice vinegar
Directions:
Mix milk and egg together and set aside. Mix all sauce ingredients and place in refrigerater. Combine breading ingredients. Bread shrimp by coating with breading mixture. Dip into egg mix then back into breading. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Fry and drain on paper towel.
