Ingredients:

Large flour tortillas
Black beans, heated
Taco Meat
Prepared Cilantro Lime Rice
Shredded lettuce
diced tomato
shredded cheddar cheese
Café Rio Ranch (opt)
Salsa (opt)
Sour cream (opt)
Guacamole (opt)

Directions:
Soften tortillas by boiling ½ c water in a pot and placing a cooling rack on the top. Place each tortilla on the rack to steam for about 10-15 seconds.
Build as desired.
