Dessert Chimichangas

Ingredients:
1 can apple or cherry pie filling
2-3 large flour tortillas
frying oil
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Heat oil. Spread 1/3-1/2 can filling down the middle of one tortilla. Fold up, burrito style. Fry so that all sides are golden brown. Remove from oil, Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on all sides. Place on cooling rack covered with paper towel to catch excess oil.
