Gravy ingredients:

garam marsala

Kofta ingredients:
2 c
drained cottage cheese
1 T
milk powder
2 t
salt

c flour

boiled, mashed potatoes
½ t
red chili powder

garam marsala

Directions:
Mix kofta
ingredients until well blended, except for flour and oil. Heat oil to medium high
heat. Roll balls out of dough and roll in flour. Fry until brown. Drain on
paper towels. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cook
onions, ginger and tomatoes in medium pan on medium heat until mushy. Once
there, remove from heat and blend in a blender. Put back in pan and cook
additional 4-5 minutes. Add other gravy ingredients and heat through. Add
koftas right before serving.
