
Ingredients:
1, 12 oz package
chocolate chips
1 T oil
1 c peanut butter
1 c powdered
sugar
¼ c butter
Directions:
Mix peanut
butter, butter and powdered sugar in small bowl and set aside.
Melt chocolate
chips and oil over LOW heat until melted on stovetop. Remove from heat. Drop ½
T melted chocolate into cupcake liners (in muffin pan to keep form). Spoon 1 T
peanut butter mixture into each liner, in the middle of the chocolate. Top with
1 T melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until
chocolate is firm, 10-15 minutes.
