
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
1 lb shrimp
1 lb shrimp
3 garlic cloves,
minced
¼ t salt
Sauce
ingredients:
4 oz sun-dried
tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 c half and half
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 T dried basil
¼ t red pepper
flakes
1/8 t paprika
½ c water
¼ t salt
Directions:
Sauté shrimp, garlic and salt in olive oil or butter. Set aside.

Prepare noodles
and drain.
Add tomatoes to
oiled skillet and 4 minced garlic and saute 1 minute. Add half and half and
bring to a boil. Add shredded cheese and stir while boiling. Immediately reduce
heat until all cheese melts and sauce forms. Add water if needed. Add basil,
pepper flakes and paprika. Stir. Add ¼ t salt gradually to taste.
Add cooked pasta
and reheat. Add shrimp and add more water if sauce is too thick.
