Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
Filling
1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
3 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 c softened butter
Coating
2 T shortening
2 c milk chocolate chips/ baking chocolate
Mix together filling items until resembles cookie dough. Roll into balls and place in refrigerator for 1/2-1 hour.
Melt shortening and chocolate over LOWEST heat on the stovetop, CAREFUL NOT TO OVERHEAT AND BURN!
Dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate and place on parchment or wax paper. Put back in refrigerator until the chocolate sets. Store in fridge.
