Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
2-3 c shredded/cubed rotisserie chicken
2 T butter
1 ½ t Garam Masala
½ t red chili powder
1/2 t ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 c tomato sauce
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 T sugar
1 ¼ t salt
Directions:
Place butter in frying pan over med/high heat. Fry chicken pieces for 3
minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients into the pan and turn to low. Simmer
for 20 minutes.
Garnish with coriander or cilantro leaves. Serve with prepared Basmati
Rice & Naan.
