Navaho Tacos

 


Ingredients:

Scone mix (Bisquick or other)

Frying Oil

Taco Meat

Refried beans

Cheddar cheese

Sour Cream

Salsa

Shredded lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Sliced black olives

 


Directions:

Mix together scone mix as box directs. Divide into fist sized balls. On a floured surface, roll the balls into pancake shape.

Heat oil to high. Fry each circle of dough until the sides are golden brown. Place on paper towel for excess oil.

Prepare other ingredients (warm beans and taco meat) and serve as a buffet.
